We negotiate our products in a way to meet the need of each customer;
therefore, we define the 3 main Incoterms, which are normally used, namely,

Is Açaí Town responsible for the process of identification of the trade barriers,
product adaptation and or the other documents required by the country I want to export to?
We do not undertake responsibility for the process of identification of the import
legislation in the customer country of interest, we try to be partners as much as
possible with tips and guidance.
What payment methods are currently accepted?
In order to build a trust relationship between both parties and plant long-lasting partnership,
we ask for the first order to be settled 100% upon purchase request by bank transfer.
As of the second purchase order, 50% upon purchase order and 50% at the end of production.
