In the early 2000s, not so long ago, açaí was not half as popular as it is today. At that time, consumption was local and very restricted to the region of Pará. However, nowadays it conquers the rest of the regions of the country and also of the world, through export.
This version of the popular açaí, consumed outside Pará and also outside Brazil, is in the form of a sorbet. Do you know what this is? Sorbet is how the option of sweetened fruit pulp is called, emulsified and water-based, with a creamy texture and no crystallization. So, selling açaí in this format, Açaí Town started, years ago, with a small store in Tatuí, in the state of São Paulo.
Along with the growing popularity of the fruit, we are also growing more and more. No wonder, in a short time, açaí cream conquered the world. In addition, we at Açaí Town fell headlong into the world of exports.
Consequently, what was previously destined to a region, in a few years it was already easily found in several establishments. Today, after being a pioneer in the açaí branch in our city, we also present ourselves as a manufacturer, distributor and exporter of the product.
Because of this, we have more than 400 tons exported and around 300 distributed throughout our region. In addition, our market is consolidating in the São Paulo region and advancing in America, Asia, Europe and more..
